Despite the latest calls for a Obama-Hillary campaign against McCain, Hillary's careers can do better than that. First of all, in the case Obama wins against McCain – which has been forecasted by the Bush Administration's economic and defense results –, and Obama screws up in his 4 years in the Oval Office, Hillary might be able to beat him in the next primaries. If not, there's a lot she can still do in the Senate. So, Hillary wouldn't gain much politically as a vice-president. Moreover, McCain would come guns blazing onto Obama for trusting someone who extensively rattled against him in his closest staff.
A Obama-Gore campaign, on the other hand…
