About Me

Cristiano Botafogo
Rio de Janeiro, RJ, Brazil
I'm all I've been and done. When I was 15 I was certain I'd be a musician. I play a few instruments, some of them - people say - really well. I went to the US to study English and came back with the desire to be a translator. I went into Languages and Literature School but fell in love with documetary film and, in search of a liberal arts training, went on to major in Journalism. I started working freelance as a film editor, soundtrack composer, but mostly as a translator. My multitude of interest and my personality - again, people say - make me a good candidate for the diplomatic carreer.
